Do I need to be in a regulated industry to use emberry?
No. emberry is a customer feedback platform first. The regulator layer is one feature you switch on if your sector needs it. Cafes, hotels, and shops can use it just for ratings and comments, with no compliance features in sight.
Is emberry a survey platform or a customer experience (CX) platform?
Both. At its simplest, it's a survey platform: branded customer experience surveys behind a QR code or a link. Around that sits the full CX platform: follow-ups when something goes wrong, cases with deadlines, trends over time, and a regulator layer for sectors that need evidence.
Is it really branded as ours on every screen?
Yes. Your logo, colours, and name replace ours on every customer-facing screen. The only emberry mark left is a small footer credit, and Enterprise can turn that off.
How does the regulator layer work?
Each question carries the standards it speaks to. We pre-load common ones, including NQS for childcare, the Aged Care Quality Standards, and NDIS. Bring your own if you have a custom framework. One pool of questions, properly tagged, becomes evidence across every linked standard. You stop asking the same thing five different ways.
Can it run 50 sites?
Yes. One account can carry hundreds of sites. Each site gets its own contact details, its own review link, its own QR codes, and its own questions. One thing to know: your logo and colours are set once for the whole account, so every site shares the same look. A site lead can still switch things off for their own site and trust they stay off.
How do you stop people seeing the same question over and over?
We show the question that has gone longest without being asked, across the topic that has gone longest without being sampled. Coverage stays even across your whole account, and the same person doesn't get the same question twice in a row.
What happens when someone leaves negative feedback?

What does the AI do, and do my customers ever see it?
It drafts your question library from a one-line idea, suggests follow-ups, and pre-tags them against your standards. A human approves before anything goes live. Customers only ever see questions a person signed off.
What is the Google review prompt, and is it allowed?
After a customer finishes, emberry can show a one-tap prompt to leave a Google review. It is either on for everyone or off for everyone. It never decides based on the score someone gave, which is what keeps it within Google's rules.
