What exactly counts as a site?
One physical place that people walk into: a childcare centre, an aged care home, a disability service, a store, a cafe or a gym. A head office is not a site, and neither is a second audience at the same address.
Do we pay per response?
No. Collect as much feedback as you like. The price is per site, per month, and it does not move because you had a busy quarter.
Can we start with a few sites and add more later?
Yes. Most groups start with one or two, then add the rest once the routine is working. Sites can be added, paused or removed month to month.
Is there a discount for a whole group?
At 50 sites and above the conversation moves to Enterprise, where pricing is set for the group rather than per site.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends, and you can change plans or cancel any time before then. If you would rather be walked through it first, talk to us and we will shape a pilot around the question that matters most.
Are the prices GST inclusive?
Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
